Is new software on your radar?

Radar is the new enterprise level front- and back-office software for both residential sales and lettings, launched by CML Software - a leading software solutions provider to the property industry. The software is aimed at multiple branch residential agents has been designed specifically to meet the needs of front office staff including Sales and/or Lettings Negotiators, Administrators and Branch Managers and in the back office, Property Managers and Client Accounts staff.

Historically, says CML, there have been many software providers that catered separately for sales and lettings disciplines. However, Radar can accommodate either or both disciplines within one application and link the front office seamlessly to the back office, at the same time. This means that front office users can be multi-discipline within one system with single client records in the database, meaning no duplication and excellent contact management potential. For example, a client contact that may have multiple relationships within an agency - possibly an applicant, a vendor, a landlord, a tenant and a supplier simultaneously will be accessible under one contact.

Radar enables estate agents to see how they are interacting with their clients at any time and has been designed specifically to accommodate hundreds of system users for multi-branch estate agency businesses.

Radar is designed to be deployed across the distributed branch network of a multi-branch estate agency business and incorporates the security and structures necessary to support regions and areas for the purposes of management and reporting.
