Richard Dowland – joins CML Property Software as an Implementation Specialist

CML is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Dowland to the newly created role of Implementation Specialist. Richard will be concerned in the implementation of the full range of CML’s property software products and in particular the coming implementation at Farley Group.

Richard joins the company bringing within him experience gained from consultancy and seven years at MDL Management Plc as Business Systems Manager. Having implemented software systems all over the world, Richard is well placed to provide CML Clients with an implementation free from aggravation. Richard brings a unique blend of business, accounting and IT skills and experience from a wide range of industries, with an emphasis on property management.

From my experience I understand the importance of communication with emphasis on a no-nonsense, straightforward approach to IT and business systems.
