Robert Horsford, formerly commercial director, has stepped up to the
role of managing director at CML as from January 2005. This change reflects
the strengthening commercial and strategic focus of the business as the
company continues its steady growth. Paul McBride, the outgoing MD, will
continue to focus his technical skills on IT environments and software
development.
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Pitcher FRICS
to the Board. Andrew is CML's Property Services Director, responsible
for the technical property aspects of the software products and the broader
business. He is a Chartered Surveyor with significant experience in the
management of residential and commercial property. During his career Andrew
has been a Partner in a consultant surveyors practice, a Commercial Property
Director of a large mixed leisure & property business and more recently
has returned to property consultancy advising clients on the strategic
management of property portfolios with particular emphasis on waterside
property. He has significant experience of the effective deployment of
IT solutions to property business managers.
