Support Line
The dedicated Support telephone line should be regarded as your primary contact point for all support related issues. Our call handling process ensures that clients receive the prompt and effective response needed; and provides an effective route for call escalation should it be required.
Support Email
The CML Support email account is constantly monitored by the Support Team. Ideally the Support email should be used to log non urgent requests; an automated response will be sent to confirm receipt of your email.
Support Reports
All incoming support calls or queries will be logged and managed on the CML call logging system. Detailed reports are available and online access to enter new support logs and review current support logs can be made available to our clients.
