CML Software Limited is based just outside Twyford and supplies market leading software products and associated services to the UK property industry with the majority of clients being located in or near London.
CML requires an enthusiastic software trainer to train our clients in using our applications. Training will be delivered both at our office and at client sites so it is important that candidates are prepared to travel.
You will receive training on using our systems but the ideal candidate will have a background in software training or have gained experience working in the residential property sector.
Main responsibilities:
• To provide software training to new and existing clients.
• To create & maintain training documentation and user guides.
• To assist with maintaining the demonstration databases.
• To assist in the support of the company’s software products.
• To maintain a good working relationship with clients and provide a helpful and professional service as required.
• To keep management informed of training issues in relation to clients.
The key skills required for this role include being a confident person who can interact with a wide variety of people, having strong IT skills, to be well organised and able to prioritise and schedule workload. The position requires the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
