CML Software understands that a key factor in the successful implementation of any new application software is the user training. It is essential that the staff using the software are comfortable with the new system and have the confidence to use it to its full potential.
 
Our experience has shown that each client project is invariably different therefore we provide a fully customisable and flexible modular training programme with content, timings and location all completely configurable to the individual client requirements. Our Training philosophy is to build client knowledge and confidence to such a level that the Client is in control of their software and how it is used, not us the supplier.   To achieve this we aim to ensure that client organisations understand all of the features available within the system, how they work, and how best to deploy the software functionality in meeting their own business requirement.
